BIS seeks consumers views about credit and storecard reform

    The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills is currently consulting on proposals for reform to Credit and Storecard legislation including proposals for improved card borrowing, outlawing unsolicited card limits and increased minimum monthly repayment levels.

    In a ground breaking approach they have set up a consumer questionnaire to seek consumer views about the proposed reforms. To participate in the consultation, go to http://www.bis.gov.uk/creditconsultation#creditpoll
