Established in 2005, Blair Endersby aims to provide Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) advice to our customers whose debts are having a significant impact on them. IVA's form part of government legislation (insolvency Act 1986) and are an alternative to bankruptcy for people who are in severe difficulty with unsecured debts. Blair Endersby are specialists in offering this service and work with an external team of fully licensed Insolvency Practitioners.
