History of Blair Endersby
Established in 2005, Blair Endersby aims to provide Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) to our customers whose debts are having a significant impact on them. IVA's form part of government legislation (insolvency Act 1986) and are an alternative to bankruptcy for people who are in severe difficulty with unsecured debts. Blair Endersby are one of the few companies to offer this service and have trained advisers as first point of contact along with in-house Insolvency Practitioners, who are licensed by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
